New Line Cinema les trae el thriller de terror "La Monja II", el próximo capítulo en la historia de "La Monja", la entrada más taquillera en el gigantesco universo de $2 mil millones "El Conjuro".

1956 – Francia. Un sacerdote es asesinado. Un mal se está extendiendo. La secuela del gran éxito mundial sigue a la Hermana Irene cuando una vez más se encuentra cara a cara con Valak, la monja demonio.

Taissa Farmiga ("La Monja", "The Gilded Age") regresa como la hermana Irene, junto con Jonas Bloquet ("Tirailleurs", "La Monja"), Storm Reid ("The Last of Us", "The Suicide Squad") , Anna Popplewell (“Fairytale”, trilogía “The Chronicles of Narnia”) y Bonnie Aarons (repitiendo su papel de “La Monja”), rodeada de un elenco de talentos internacionales.

Michael Chaves (“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It”) dirige, a partir de un guión de Ian Goldberg y Richard Naing (“Eli”, “The Autopsy of Jane Doe”) y Akela Cooper (“M3GAN”, “Malignant” ), con una historia de Cooper, basada en personajes creados por James Wan y Gary Dauberman.
