Ateş için yıllar önce çıktığı eve geri dönmek zordur. Yaşananlar yetmezmiş gibi avukatın imzalamayı zorunlu tuttuğu aile anayasasına göre kardeşleriyle beraber yaşamak zorundadır. Bunalan Ateş, evde kalabilmek için çocukları yaralayacak bir yola sapar. Bu hatasından onu döndüren Leyla olur. Ateş sadece evde değil, şirkette de radikal kararlar almaktadır.
