Üniversiteye gitme planları yapan Gece, bir yandan da tüm yaz boyunca sevgilisi Emir ile müzik yapma hayalleri kurmaktadır. Ancak tüm hayalleri bir süreliğine askıya alınmak zorundadır. Çünkü özel bir çocuk olan kız kardeşi Gülce için İstanbul’un kalabalığı ve gürültüsü giderek daha da başa çıkılması zor bir hal almaya başlamıştır. Sevgilisini ve tüm hayallerini İstanbul’da bırakmak istemeyen Gece, bir anda kendisini ailesiyle birlikte Foça’da bulur. Hayatı bir anda alt üst olan Gece, kardeşinin yazıldığı yelken kulübünde eğitmenlik yapan Özgür ile tanışır. Özgür, anne ve babasını bir yangında kaybettikten sonra Asperger Sendromlu erkek kardeşi Rüzgar’a hayatını adamış yakışıklı bir gençtir. Gece, Özgür’le tanıştıkça hayata daha olgun bir yerden bakmayı, Özgür de Gece’den hayatı ertelememesi gerektiğini öğrenecektir. Ancak bu süreçte Gece’nin sevgilisi Emir’in Foça’ya gelişiyle ikilinin arasında aşılması zor duvarlar oluşur. Gece, gerçek aşkın peşinden gitmeye cesaret edebilecek midir? “Dönence” içimizi ısıtacak sıcacık bir gençlik draması...
