Reyhan is a country girl, humble, kind and caring, who promises to marry the son of old family friend Hikmet, after he reveals a terminal diagnosis. Emir is the son in question, a rebel who prefers to take risks and fritter away his father’s hard earned money rather than work in the family business. He agrees to the marriage but with his own promise: he vows to make life miserable for Reyhan, to the extent that she will divorce him, proving to his father that he should be allowed to make his own decisions in life. Yet as the torments begin, Emir starts to question why this innocent girl should suffer while it is his father that he wants to punish. And as he softens, Reyhan sees a gentler side to him, something that she finds impossible to resist.

Producer Amy Pascal seemingly walks back on her comments about the development of a new Spider-Man trilogy with Tom Holland in the MCU.
Film producer Amy Pascal clarifies her announcement for Spider-Man 4, 5, and 6 with Tom Holland. At the end of November 2021, while doing press for Spider-Man: No Way Home, Pascal surprised everybody when she announced that Sony is continuing their partnership with Marvel Studios for the wall-crawler beyond the upcoming threequel. This excited a lot of fans, but now, she may be walking back on her revelation.

Sony was in its second iteration of the friendly neighborhood hero played by Andrew Garfield when The Amazing Spider-Man 2 surprisingly became a disappointment. Instead of moving forward with their plans for The Amazing Spider-Man 3, Kevin Feige was able to convince Sony to share Spider-Man with Marvel Studios in 2015, which led to their historic partnership. Soon, Holland was cast in the role, and by 2016, he joined the MCU through Captain America: Civil War. Since then, he has played the role four more times — two of which were in his solo adventures: Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home. It's curious why she decided to be more conservative with her answer regarding the matter after her previous revelation. There's a chance that she might have been so excited about the prospect of Spider-Man 4, 5, and 6 that she prematurely talked about it, and n0w, she is trying to keep people's expectations in check.

Basato sullo straordinario protagonista de La Fabbrica di Cioccolato, il romanzo per bambini più iconico dell’autore Roald Dahl nonché uno dei libri per bambini più venduti di tutti i tempi, Wonka racconta la meravigliosa storia di come il più grande inventore, mago e cioccolataio del mondo sia diventato l'amato Willy Wonka che conosciamo oggi.

Scritto e diretto da Paul King, sceneggiatore e regista dei film di "Paddington", prodotto da David Heyman, produttore di "Harry Potter", "Gravity", "Animali fantastici" e "Paddington", e da Alexandra Derbyshire (i film di "Paddington", "Jurassic World: Dominion") e Luke Kelly ("Le Streghe"), arriva un mix inebriante di magia e musica, caos ed emozione, il tutto raccontato con cuore e umorismo favolosi. Con Timothée Chalamet nel ruolo del protagonista, questo spettacolo cinematografico irresistibilmente vivido ed originale farà conoscere al pubblico un giovane Willy Wonka pieno di idee e determinato a cambiare il mondo un boccone delizioso alla volta, dimostrando che le cose migliori della vita iniziano con un sogno, e che se si è abbastanza fortunati da incontrare Willy Wonka, tutto è possibile.

Recitano al fianco di Chalamet, Calah Lane ("Verrà il giorno…"), il vincitore dell’Emmy e del Peabody Award Keegan-Michael Key ("The Prom", "Schmigadoon"), Paterson Joseph ("Vigil", "Noughts + Crosses"), Matt Lucas ("Paddington", ", "Little Britain"), Mathew Baynton ("The Wrong Mans", "Ghosts"), la candidata all'Oscar Sally Hawkins ("La forma dell’acqua - The Shape of Water", i film di "Paddington", "Spencer"), Rowan Atkinson (i film di "Johnny English" e "Mr. Bean", "Love Actually – L’amore davvero"), Jim Carter ("Downton Abbey") e l’attrice premio Oscar Olivia Colman ("La Favorita").

Fanno parte del cast anche Natasha Rothwell ("White Lotus", "Insecure"), Rich Fulcher ("Storia di un matrimonio", "Disincanto"), Rakhee Thakrar ("Sex Education", "Quattro matrimoni e un funerale"), Tom Davis ("Paddington 2", "King Gary") e Kobna Holdbrook-Smith ("Paddington 2", "Zack Snyder's Justice League", "Il ritorno di Mary Poppins").

Simon Farnaby ("Paddington 2") e Paul King hanno scritto la sceneggiatura, basata su una storia di King e sui personaggi creati da Roald Dahl. I produttori esecutivi del film sono Michael Siegel, Cate Adams, Rosie Alison e Tim Wellspring.

Il team creativo di King che ha lavorato dietro le quinte include il direttore della fotografia Chung-Hoon Chung ("Ultima notte a Soho", "Mademoiselle"), lo scenografo candidato all'Oscar Nathan Crowley ("Tenet", "Dunkirk"), il montatore Mark Everson (i film di "Paddington"), la costumista premio Oscar Lindy Hemming (i film di "Paddington", "Topsy-Turvy - Sottosopra"), e il compositore Joby Talbot (i film di "Sing"). Neil Hannon della band The Divine Comedy, sono autori delle canzoni originali per il film.

Warner Bros. Pictures presenta, in associazione con Village Roadshow Pictures, una produzione Heyday Films, un film di Paul King, "Wonka", che sarà distribuito nelle sale italiane a partire dal 14 dicembre da Warner Bros. Pictures.
