Angel Manuel Soto (“Charm City Kings”) dirige Besouro Azul a partir do roteiro de Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer (“Miss Bala”), baseado em personagens da DC. John Rickard e Zev Foreman são os produtores, e Walter Hamada, Galen Vaisman e Garrett Grant assinam a produção executiva.

A equipe de produção criativa de Angel Manuel Soto inclui o diretor de fotografia Pawel Pogorzelski (“Midsommar - O Mal Não Espera a Noite”, “Hereditário”); o designer de produção John Billington (“Bad Boys para Sempre”); o editor Craig Alpert (“Deadpool 2”, “Cidade Perdida”); a figurinista indicada ao Oscar, Mayes C.
